Shipping & Handling

• All packages ship with tracking information

• Rebel Rose Creations LLC is not responsible for any delays or lost/damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

• All claims will need to be filed with the appropriate carrier

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

Returns & Issues

• All custom and personalized items are final sale

• For non-custom items: please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's an issue

• Items must be unworn and unwashed for any resolution to be considered

• After 48 hours, I'm unable to offer replacements, refunds, or returns due to wear, washing, or use
